First-of-its-kind offering in education, this Career Services program is built for our students & alumni of PG & Diploma Programs to prepare them for a lifetime of career possibilities. Our focus is on providing comprehensive career services in order to support students at all stages of the career development process. Our Career Services focuses on a two-pronged approach with its Career Assistance & Career Development programs to give our students the support they need to plan for their future.
12 webinars conducted by career experts to provide program participants with comprehensive knowledge on building their career paths. Few areas which will be explored in the webinars are
A comprehensive portal encompassing important components of self-assessment, personal brand creation and more. The learning portal supports participants in assessing and identifying key developmental areas and offers suggested modules for individual growth. The learning portal also consists of a library with over 3500 E-learning modules on soft skills required for career growth.
An hour-long personalised guidance session with career coaches to identify a career roadmap. The participants will receive guidance on suitable career options based on their aspirations and experiences. Finally, the coaches will help create a career growth strategy and provide support in building a resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile.
A personalised practice session will be conducted to effectively manage stimulating conversations during interviews. The career coach will create a 30 minutes interview simulation based on the participant’s profile, to give them a flair of handling common HR questions. Detailed feedback on the interview discussion will follow along with inputs on the resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile.
The second round of personalised practice sessions will create challenging interview simulations to get the best results. Functional expertise on – finance, operations, marketing, human resource, and general management, will be evaluated. Post the simulation, the career coach will spend 30 minutes on feedback. Total session duration is one hour and will be conducted online on a one-on-one basis.
A dedicated team for each participant will work to identify job opportunities and schedule interviews with desired companies and roles. The hiring counsellor will work individually with each program participant to search for jobs in the desired roles and companies. The hiring counsellor will ensure that a program participant receives at least 3 job opportunities each week for the duration of the Job
